What is one lesson you have learned by being a part of a team? This could be a sports team, organized group, youth group, Scouts, or any other group in which you have been a member.
i learned that when people pick the same stuff you pick that so if you taking maybe a vote on some thing and if you pick some thing else then every one will have to do that (take one for the team)
